Minor in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology, UC Davis (2025)

Research Interests:

I have had the opportunity to work with the Fangue Lab on various projects, primarily relating to physiology. I have worked for some time with larval rockfish to investigate the effects of hypoxia and ocean acidification on rockfish populations. I have also been a part of various otolith analysis processes to study the correlation between maternal conditions and otolith core sizes. I am currently involved with research on green sturgeon to assess how factors like water flow affect their cortisol levels.

My research interests include aquatic ecology, physiology, the effects of climate change on fish populations, and fisheries management. Outside of the lab, I enjoy participating in outreach programs to inspire and equip the next generation with the knowledge and passion needed to preserve our earth’s biodiversity.
